Why not relax in the tranquil setting of our coffee shop and cafe. With south facing views, it is an ideal spot to enjoy a cooked breakfast, lunch or perhaps a coffee and cake.

When the sun is shining sit outside in our large patio area, or if it's raining (as it sometimes does here in Devon!) shelter inside where you will find a warm welcome whilst sitting by our real wood burning fire, lovely during the winter!

We are proud to support our local food producers, and by using a local independent dairy, an award winning butcher, a local coffee company and locally baked cakes, much of our food travels only a couple of miles to reach us, helping us to do our bit to reduce our impact on the environment. During the summer months most of the salad used in our dishes is grown onsite, without the use of any pesticides.

The traditional English breakfast is served using only the finest ingredients, from free range eggs supplied by the farm just across the lane to selected and prepared meats from trusted local Devon suppliers.

Our recently extended lunch menu also offers a complete range of seasonal options, that include 'winter warmer' homemade soups, freshly baked pies and homemade lasagne through to ploughman's and salads for the summer.

Many of our products are gluten free, whether eating with us or purchasing a food gift to take away - please ask when visiting for what's new that day.

Devon is renowned for its cream teas, so why not enjoy one of Lisa's prize winning homemade scones served with local preserves, clotted cream and a pot of tea - a favourite any time of year!
